Commission Agreement Addendum

This Commission Agreement Addendum applies to all custom creative work commissioned from Artistry Era Designs.

Scope of Work

All commissions require a clearly defined scope, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any work outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Ownership & Rights

Unless explicitly stated in writing:

• All commissioned work remains the intellectual property of Artistry Era Designs

• The client receives a limited, non-exclusive usage license only

• Ownership is not transferred through payment.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included as agreed. Excessive or out-of-scope revisions may result in additional charges.

Payment & Delivery

Payment terms must be satisfied before final delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees.

Cancellation

Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable. If a project is canceled by the client, all completed work remains the property of Artistry Era Designs.

Credits

Where applicable, proper credit to Artistry Era Designs is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Usage Violations

Unauthorized use beyond the agreed license may result in license termination and legal remedies.

All commissioned work is subject to our Commission Agreement Addendum.
