For the first time the enemy was behind the lines of your inner circle, and pulling out all the devices to break your belief, and yes the enemy had the element of surprise against you, and for the first time in your life of victories you were staring defeat in the face into the eyes of your most prominent enemy.

Well, even though I took a hit from the enemy and could see myself caught up in a whirlwind, heading for a direct crash and burn. I still could not waver from my belief, and it was then I realized that I had come this far by faith, leaning on my Lord, that I could not turn around in doubt, even though I was headed for a crash and burn. Even though I took a major [L] on the trail that day, the moral of my story is that no one is exempt from the test of faith, and I encourage each and every one of you to endure until the end, that your joy may be exeedingly greater, during the return of the King of Kings, for you will have triumph. Some say, and I agree that we will all be tested, and no trial has overtaken you that is not faced by others. And God is faithful: He will not let you be tried beyond what you are able, but will make a way to escape so that you may be able to bear it.

In a small, sunlit studio cluttered with vibrant colors and various musical instruments, a passionate athlete found joy in creating music, graphic design, desktop publishing, and digital art with the latest and greatest technologies. The biggest love is the music, and the rest is just a side kick that brings somewhat of a balance in the whole scheme of things. Although I can play a host of multiple instruments, I am a master of none.

A Short Story

It all started a long time ago, growing up in the household of a prodigy. Way back then, it was my older sister, by two years, endowed with exceptional abilities to play various musical instruments. We called it a gift back then, as she was able to play our piano as a child with no training, a gift to play by ear having never had any lessons. I may have been around five years old when I watched from a distance, wishing I could play music like my sister. I would often try to imitate the way she held her hands and fingers; when she saw me doing so, she would give me tips, and I was able to muster up a few chords that sounded like I could play, but that was all I had.

Each morning, and sometimes late at night, my sister would immerse herself in a symphony of sounds, playing everything that came on the radio and layering melodies that echoed the emotions she felt deep within. While experimenting with rhythms, she also explored writing and creating her own love and dance harmonies with her tunes. This fusion of sound and writing became an exhilarating journey of self-expression, allowing her to share her unique vision with the world. Friends and strangers alike were drawn to her creations, inspired by the authenticity and joy that radiated from her work. Through her gift, she discovered not just a career but a calling—an enchanting world where creativity flourished, reminding me of the beauty that arises when one dares to follow their passion.

My sister was a master of many instruments and an incredible composer and songwriter. I am what I would like to call the collateral benefits of growing up in the household of a prodigy. Being a keen observer, over time I noticed I was a visual learner, and this was my gift, as I flourished to the top in every sport and recreation I played. And in the end, it seemed I had came full circle, after the untimely passing of my beloved sister, in following a path of my sister in creating music. A path I never thought would become my lane, in an effort to keep her legacy alive. More to come regarding her legacy...
