Redistribution or resale
What is Commercial Use?
Commercial use includes any use that generates revenue, promotes a brand, or appears on monetized platforms.
Examples include:
YouTube channels with ads enabled
Podcasts or livestreams
Business websites or promotional videos
Paid products, merchandise, or downloads
Custom commissions are governed separately.
Commercial use requires a written license from Artistry Era Designs.
How do I obtain a Commercial License?

Audience size (if applicable)
We’ll respond with licensing options tailored to your needs.
Do I own the music or artwork after licensing?
No. Licensing grants permission to use the content under specific terms. Ownership always remains with Artistry Era Designs.
Can I transfer or resell a license?
No. All licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed.
What happens if content is used without a license?
