What does “Personal Use” mean?

Personal use allows you to enjoy the content privately or non-commercially. This includes listening, viewing, or sharing links to our content without monetization.

Personal use does not allow:

  • Monetized YouTube or social media content

  • Podcasts, livestreams, or broadcasts

  • Advertising, promotions, or brand usage

  • Redistribution or resale


What is Commercial Use?

Commercial use includes any use that generates revenue, promotes a brand, or appears on monetized platforms.

Examples include:

  • YouTube channels with ads enabled

  • Podcasts or livestreams

  • Business websites or promotional videos

  • Paid products, merchandise, or downloads


Custom commissions are governed separately.
Commercial use requires a written license from Artistry Era Designs.

How do I obtain a Commercial License?

Simply contact us through the website with:

  • Description of intended use

  • Platform(s)

  • Duration of use

  • Audience size (if applicable)

We’ll respond with licensing options tailored to your needs.

Do I own the music or artwork after licensing?

No. Licensing grants permission to use the content under specific terms. Ownership always remains with Artistry Era Designs.

Can I transfer or resell a license?

No. All licenses are non-transferable and may not be resold or sublicensed.

What happens if content is used without a license?

Unauthorized use may result in:

  • License revocation

  • Content takedown requests

  • Legal action
